Gabby, Design Director
Gabby is a designer, researcher, and creative strategist with a background in cultural production and place-based innovation. She leads Feeldwork with a commitment to deep listening, radical imagination, and care-led practice.
Working at the intersection of design, infrastructure, and social change, Gabby has over a decade of experience shaping cultural projects, public programmes, and community-driven strategies across rural and urban contexts. Her approach brings together systems thinking with grounded, human-scale engagement, always asking how futures can be made more just, joyful, and collectively owned.

Aniela
RESEARCHER & EVALUATOR
Aniela has worked across borders, sectors and systems, designing and delivering projects where sustainability, public imagination and participation meet. Her work spans creative production, research and evaluation for multi-stakeholder collaborations, futures-thinking workshops, youth engagement on climate emotions, and civic projects that inspire systemic change.
At Feeldwork, she also supports on research, evaluation and tendering, crafting funding bids and impact narratives that have supported the successful funding of a wide range of impact-led projects.

Bex
ARTIST & DESIGNER
Bex is an artist working with words and photography. Her practice explores power, complexity, and the textures of everyday life. Conceptually and intuitively driven, her work responds to people and places, often using play and spontaneity as a way to reconnect with what feels real in an increasingly mediated world. She holds an MA in Photography and Urban Cultures from Goldsmiths.
At Feeldwork, she uses art and design to think about the future — exploring how creative practice can help people sense, imagine, and shape the changes they want to see.

Barbara is a human-centred practitioner driven by curiosity, compassion, and a belief in the power of people and place. With a background in design innovation, she works across community building, rural futures, cultural strategy, and co-creation, always listening closely and helping others shine. Barbara has a double-award-winning Masters in Design Innovation from Glasgow School of Art, and brings a rich track record of starting things, shaping ideas, and unlocking potential.

RESEARCHER & DESIGNER
Fran sees design not as ownership of ideas, but as a way to facilitate meaningful change. With a practice grounded in research, empathy, and storytelling, they use tools ranging from ethnography to logic modelling to help surface insights and shape inclusive, collaborative outcomes. Their approach blends systems thinking with deep listening, translating complex challenges into digestible, engaging frameworks that support genuine co-design.
