Some people need one good afternoon. Others need us in the room for two years. Feeldwork scales both ways, same instincts, different runway.
WHAT WE DO

Not death-by-flipchart. Sessions built around making, moving and arguing, where the room's energy is the point, not a side effect.

We write the future like a story with characters and consequences, not a bullet-pointed forecast. People find out what they actually think when they're arguing about a character in 2045, not a policy line.

Most climate sessions end in dread. Ours end in an argument about what to build next. Speculative design and storytelling make transformation feel like an opening, not a countdown.

The unglamorous document that decides whether an idea gets funded. Ours are rigorous enough for a funding panel and honest enough that the community it's about still recognises itself in it.

Installations, provocations, sensory moments that make an abstract future physically present, so people can feel what's coming before anyone asks them to plan for it.

Emotive, fast, tangible versions of an idea, built to be poked at, argued with and broken before anyone spends real money finding out it doesn't work.

We go looking for the small signals that say more about where things are heading than another national survey ever will.

Plans that don't die in a drawer. Built around what a place and its people are genuinely willing to do next, not what reads well in a five-year vision statement.

Supporting Stirling communities to shape food systems through creative engagement.
Fast-paced, hands-on sessions to spark new ideas. We use visual tools, prompts and co-creation techniques to help groups imagine, test and shape future directions together

Strategic, participatory planning processes co-designed with communities. We combine creative engagement, data analysis and spatial design to produce place plans and feasibility studies that are grounded, visionary and actionable helping unlock funding, policy change and long-term local impact.
